Shipping policy

​ALL ORDERS MUST BE MADE ONLINE. ORDER WILL SHIP AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED

Processing of payment may take up to 15-21 business days not including the day you ordered sometimes sooner. This process can take up to about 3 weeks.

All hair is preordered! Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email. After receiving the email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.

Opulence strives on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered once payment is complete.

Once packages are dropped off at the post office, we no longer have control, please contact USPS for further details once you receive the tracking number.
